I love coming here! Sasha is an excellent instructor for all skill levels. She is so knowledgeable about how to adapt an exercise for injuries that you might have. The salon is lovely and very clean. I always get a great workout 😍

I have been going to Pilates 4 Life since Sasha opened the studio. The classes are challenging and fun at the same time. Sasha, the instructor, is highly knowledgeable and will always offer options to fit what works best for you and your body. I personally suffer from back pain. Due to Pilates, I am stronger, more flexible and feel so much better. Whether it is one on one or a group setting, Sasha will make it fun and enjoyable all the time.

First off....Sasha is amazing. You feel like you really got a good workout! This studio is so affordable unlike other studios I have gone to. There are a variety of people in the classes which helps you feel comfortable if your new or if your more advanced. There are fuller figured, perfect shapes, and elderly. Pilates has changed my life. I opted out of surgery on my knee because I am young enough...(50) and thought I could fix it through movement that was not hard on my joint. Well.... it worked! The stretching alone felt so amazing. I will do pilates the rest of life. I can move through life freely and feel comfortable that I am doing enough to sustain my joint health. I do lift light weights in addition to Pilates. I will also say, I did pilates through both of my pregnancies as an older mom and I had easy births! Bonus! I do pilates 3-5 times a week
