I first walked into Omalza Fitness feeling so insecure about my body, ESPECIALLY my glutes. I tried everything on my own. YouTube workouts, TikToks, even building a mini gym in my garage and nothing worked. Meeting Crystal changed everything. From the very first session, I knew she was the one ✨She knew exactly what she was doing, she believed in me before I believed in myself, and she coached me with so much kindness and encouragement. Crystal didn’t just teach me how to grow my glutes, she taught me how to feel confident walking into a gym, how to take care of my body, and how to show up for myself consistently. Her support has never been conditional or seasonal. She’s been there all year, every phase, every doubt, every win 🥇 The environment Crystal and her husband have created at Omalza Fitness is something special. It’s uplifting, welcoming, and filled with genuine care for every person who walks through the doors. What started as a trainer-client relationship turned into a friendship I’m so grateful for. I am not kidding when I say Omalza has changed my life. Prior to training at Omalza I attended a big box gym regularly however I wasn't getting the results I wanted. I started going to Omalza in April 2025 and I am proud to say I have lost 11.5lbs in 3 months, down 8.5% body fat, and have gained 2lbs of lean muscle. I would not have been able to accomplish this without Ian and Crystal's food and exercise plans. I never felt like I was starving during the process. There was always a healthy focus on eating clean and ensuring I was actually eating enough to see positive results. We checked my results weekly and Ian did a great job of applying small adjustments for me to see maximum progress of fat loss and muscle gain. The gym feels like a family and I am happy to say I have found my community. I feel so welcomed every time I workout and I am forever grateful for the way Omalza has made me look and feel! Joining this gym was the best decision I’ve made for my health. When I started, I had never worked out before and was honestly intimidated — but that changed quickly thanks to the amazing support and guidance I received. I trained one-on-one with Ian for a year and saw incredible results: down 12.5% body fat and up 12.5 pounds of lean muscle. More than the numbers, I now feel confident in the gym and know how to safely and effectively lift weights. I currently do the group classes, which are just as motivating and well-structured. The community here is welcoming and inspiring. I highly recommend this gym and Ian as a trainer to anyone, no matter where you’re starting from.

Ian and Crystal are amazing people! They are supreme trainers. Highly supportive, knowledgeable, and flexible. Omalza Fitness has a warm, caring culture which strengthens not only your muscles but also relationships! You'll meet all kinds of people at different fitness levels and everyone cheers each other on. Highly recommend. We did the 6 week challenge to jump start a healthy lifestyle and we already feel so motivated. This gym has lots of creative, adaptive weightlifting exercises which are challenging and fun. I'm a beginner, but they've always paid attention to make sure I'm doing everything safely and also that I'm challenging myself. If you're thinking about it, just go!

I would highly recommend Omalza fitness for anyone at any level of fitness. From beginner or advanced. I used to never train with a trainer and didn’t think I’d need one, I lost my drive, gained weight, and didn’t work out for a couple of years. I did the 6 week program, lost some body fat, gained a ton of muscle, and am the strongest I’ve ever been in my life. If you’re looking to start working out, or get back on track. Look no further. Ian is your guy. Everyone pushes eachother in the gym and the camaraderie in every class creates a family you want to see every week.
