Many families praise the fun atmosphere and excellent customer service from specific staff members like Anna and Autumn, who are described as helpful, knowledgeable, and contributing to positive experiences. However, some visitors report inconsistent service, with complaints about inattentive staff, overcrowding, and maintenance issues like missing toilet paper or closed attractions. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some noting well-maintained areas and others observing sanitation concerns.

My son absolutely loved it here and my family & I really enjoyed it as well. I liked that it was really spacious & you're able to sit and relax everywhere & easily keep an eye on the kids. The restrooms where very clean but none of the stalls had toilet paper in them & everytime we went to the snack bar no one was ever around. Overall we loved it & will definitely be back.

Completely awesome! Lots of fun, great customer service (Anna was so helpful)! My tweens AND toddler all enjoyed. As a group we were a mix of locals and international visitors, and everyone really enjoyed. Highly recommend.

First time at Ninja Kidz Trampoline Park and I was greeted with a warm smile by Autumn. She was incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, and truly a great salesperson. Because of her outstanding service, I ended up getting a monthly pass! She did an amazing job, and I believe you need more employees like her if you want customers to keep coming back. It was a bit overcrowded for a Saturday, but I was really impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Each area had an employee carefully watching the kids, and I saw staff constantly cleaning and sweeping up — which I truly appreciated. They also have a café with affordable prices, which was a nice bonus. Plus, there’s a dedicated party section that’s perfect for throwing a birthday celebration. Overall, a great experience for families!

I was not sold on this place at all and I'm mad I wasted my time and money. For $21 you get 90 minute jump time plus you have to pay for slip socks. There's not a lot to do once in and my kids became bored really quick. I pay a total of $52.00 and we didn't last, overly crowded inside the jump area in the back where there's balls a younger kept throwing them at my autistic sons head and I had to remove him. I think it's dodgeball back there but there's no signs or indications, but I didn't like it. You can have parties here, there's an obstacle course, a zip line / slide combo. When I first walked the workers saw me but proceeded to keep talking, and I allowed them, and when I seen that ... that should've been my indication to leave for bad customer service. I just went and completed the waiver at the kiosk and came back to pay. There's table and seating outside of the play area to sit for those who don't want to be hit with mats and kids running, jumping, and tripping( not a problem for me... but for those who choose).

A bunch of young high school kids working here that don’t work. Don’t waste your money coming here. Paid $108 for me, my girlfriend and our 2 kids for 90minutes. Got here at 6:30 they announced the basketball area is closed. 10 minutes later they’re hanging out playing in there instead of working. They closed at 9. 7pm the snack area closed where they have drinks, chips, and other bagged items. Little kids started breaking into the room trying to steal snacks and no one was around. Workers are just on their phones walking around in groups, joking around, hitting each other with things, and just walking around. 7:15 the slide and zip lined closed. Place is nasty too, I know it’s for kids but it doesn’t seem like any sanitizing gets done or nothing is replaced. Always read reviews before going somewhere
