reviewsWhat Members Say
Members describe the gym as clean, well-equipped, and spacious, with particular praise for the cardio options and professional front desk staff. Several reviews mention excellent massage therapists by name, like Mallory and Irene, while others report frustrating experiences with therapists who talk excessively during sessions. Common concerns include the facility's limited hours matching the spa schedule, inconsistent value for money, and occasional issues with amenities like shower pressure or outdated equipment. Some visitors feel upsold during spa services, leading to unexpected costs beyond their budget.

I only visited the fitness facility which is an annex of the spa. Clean and well-equipped gym with plenty of options for your routine (big focus on cardio, but strength equipment is also available). Could benefit from an extended schedule of some kind. Currently opens and closes when the spa does, so if you're in for a conference, you should plan to use downtime during the day.

This was our first visit to this spa, where my husband and I enjoyed a 50-minute couples massage with hot stones. The massage therapists, Mallory and Irene were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning.

The spa itself is very nice. It’s clean, spacious and offers privacy areas for modest clients. Plenty of amenities & squeaky clean showers. Sauna was wonderful! Front desk personnel were inviting, pleasant and professional. They created a very welcoming experience. My masso therapist deserved one star however…….. I had ordered a custom massage and she needed continuous redirection to concentrate on my three requested areas. Additionally she NEVER stopped talking during the session. She gave me a step by step account of her experience taking care of her mom as her health declined. I redirected the one sided “convo” multiple times to imply I would like to relax & possibly snooze during my session but she kept talking. I refused to reply to her finally at all hoping she’d get the hint. Nope! Aside from blatantly coming out and telling her to zip it, she wasn’t getting the hint that her conversation was ill timed & unwelcome during a “relaxation hour.” I left feeling stressed and disgruntled. I won’t return to this location. I realize everyone has issues in life they need to vent, however when someone pays $200 to forget their own daily grind for an hour, STOP TALKING!!

TLDR: Nice environment but beware of the upsells in the room My friend and I recently went here to get facials to treat ourselves. We got there early to enjoy the facilitates before our scheduled time. I chose the signature facial and really enjoyed my tech. When in the room, they will offer some additional services not included in the price. I wish I had just stuck to what was included. I had been looking at one of the masks before, so when the tech told me it was $60 I figured I can add that no problem. The facial went well and I felt relaxed when I came out. The problem was when it came to pay. Remember that mask? Well, it was a 3 part mask... and each part was $60. I had also added a peel, but then there was something else the tech said she was tossing in for free (maybe a polish) that wasn't even shown on the services slip I was shown, but then added to the bill (another $100). So on top of an already expensive service with included gratuity, I paid more than I had already budgeted for. While I did enjoy the facial, it was not worth that and I was out more than I had allotted for this splurge. I wish I had just stuck to the included services

Definitely not worth the money. We came a few years ago and it has gone downhill. With the service , the amenities, and the aesthetic. We paid over $1k and the shower pressure was low, there was gunk in the shower walls, their out of order sign was hand written, minimal snacks just trail mix and tea , the men’s snacks was just coffee, the sauna and steam room door heat up, there was one hair dryer for the entire women’s section, robes are super thin, the towels are also cheaper than they were before but the prices are higher, the shampoo and conditioner were so high up I can’t imagine a shorter person trying to pump product. The toilets are super outdated too. Overall disappointing and going downhill
