They praise the reasonable entry price, tasty food options like chicken fingers and burgers, and friendly customer service, including a helpful manager. However, some note that food and drinks can be pricey, and a few report service issues such as being asked to handle hot pizza pans or encountering shortages of specialty drinks. Hands down one of the best indoor playgrounds for kiddos. It’s pretty big and entertaining. Large playground area and some games (tokens) for kiddos to play. I would say this is more for the little kids, but I’ve also seen older kids (12 under) running in the playground. Came on a Sunday morning so it was pretty empty. Idk how it is on other days. It def looks clean (comparing to Wally Wombats- sorry) The food options are good and tasty. A little on the pricey side but nothing insane. Make sure to bring cash for the token games. And wear socks of course.

Kids + playing= fun time at LOL Kids Club Clean environment from the floors to the bathrooms and the biggest play area! The food bar had lots of options. This club has lots of tables to sit and eat as a family. Great customer service and the manager is helpful and friendly. All ages are welcomed. This club also has birthday party rooms. The kids loved this club and we will be back! Highly recommend for any parent!

It’s actually pretty clean. No shoes allowed so you have to have socks. They provide slippers for the bathroom. This is has to be the best place to play when the weather gets too wild but the kiddo still wants to go out. It’s pretty affordable too.

I love this place! Our first experience here was to attend a birthday party! We loved it, so we returned! It's a reasonable price to get in, and comparable to the other play places in town! However, the food purchases are where they get you. The food, snacks and drinks could be more affordable! With that being said their chicken fingers and fries are good, and my boyfriend states the burger was delicious too! The bathrooms were clean, and I liked how the door was propped open, so my daughter could exit the bathroom without struggling to open a door, a door that multiple kids touch, and not all kids wash their hands! So this was a plus for me! There are multiple slides, a variety also... slides for smaller children, and slides that even a mom or dad could go down if they want to join the fun! I highly recommend this place for anyone... whether you want to hang out and relax while your child burns energy, or you just need a space yourself to play with your kids to make things more exciting for a fun time!

Reasonable entry price for all-day play, and the play area kept my child entertained for the full five hours we were there, which is honestly the biggest win. Unfortunately, the service experience fell short. When picking up our pizza, I was asked to grab a freshly baked pizza pan with my bare hands. Then I was told to hold it by a tiny brown tray underneath, which I tried, and ended up burning myself. I set it down on the counter and said I was burning myself, and the staff member laughed and said he’d do it himself. Which left me confused because I thought pizzas were supposed to be delivered to the table anyway… or at least placed in a box? On top of that, I tried ordering specialty drinks and was told they were all out, but smoothies were available. I ordered a peach smoothie, only to be told moments later they were out of that too. 😩 I love how much there is for my daughter to do and how well it keeps her occupied, but after today, I’ll probably start looking at other options. Not an absolutely horrible experience, just disappointing enough to make me wonder if there’s something better out there.
