I recieved my 200 RYT certification in July 2018 through Yoga Is alive Yoga Teacher Training. It was absolutely an amazing experience. Working with Kieta, I became more confident in my practice, more comfortable teaching and I learned so much spiritually. I recommend this training to anyone and everyone looking to learn the best ways to teach and practice yoga all the way around!
