After having kids, rebuilding my core felt really challenging, but Lagree Lab has been a total game changer. I’m finally starting to feel good again and can truly feel my core getting stronger. The workouts are surprisingly addicting, and I genuinely look forward to coming to class. The aesthetics are like no other Pilates studio. Highly recommend Lagree Lab!

This studio is absolutely beautiful! Clean, calming and aesthetically perfect. Attention and intention went into every detail, from the lighting to the equipment and the overall vibe. Whether you’re new to Lagree or experienced, it feels welcoming and motivating. The teachers always excited to greet you and show you around. The teachers! I loooove the teachers, from their teaching styles to playlists and difficulty levels while always offering modifications*** this was truly the only thing I could do after a multiple ankle fracture. So if you’re looking for something luxury, low impact but effective and to leave feeling stronger and more connected to your body, this is it friends.

The studio stands out with its great atmosphere and welcoming staff. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive, and the workouts are challenging but leave you feeling good after. The place is also very clean! Highly recommend. 💪

The aesthetics of the facility put it in a class of its own. The instructors are informative and attentive, and the front desk is always welcoming and remembers your name. The workouts push your limits, yet I always leave feeling refreshed. I’ve been resistance training for years and considered myself to be in good shape until taking these classes. They’ve been incredibly humbling, but also eye opening in showing me how much room there is for improvement in my fitness. It’s now a staple in my weekly routine. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love Lagree Lab! From the moment you walk in, the studio feels clean, welcoming, and well cared for. The instructors are truly amazing—knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely friendly. They take the time to help with form, offer modifications, and push you just enough to make you feel strong and accomplished. This is hands down one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done, in the best way possible. Every class leaves me shaking, sweating, and feeling incredibly proud of myself. I’m completely hooked and can’t imagine my fitness routine without it now. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a challenging, supportive, and motivating workout environment
