Kangamoo Indoor Playground

We come to Kangamoo several times a week with my three children, including a baby, an older child, and a child with autism, and I truly want to say this is one of the very few places where all of my children’s needs are met in one space. That alone means a lot to families like mine. I am also very happy to see that Kangamoo has maintained their affordable prices, which makes it possible for families to come often without financial stress. The staff deserves special recognition. The employees are extremely kind, attentive, patient, and respectful with the children. They show genuine care, especially with kids who need a little extra support, and that makes this place feel safe and welcoming for parents. That being said, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding cleanliness. The floors were very dirty, and within less than an hour all of us—kids and adults—were noticeably dirty. The bathrooms also need more frequent and detailed cleaning. Additionally, in the baby area, there were small items such as balloons and tiny toys that babies could easily grab, which should be monitored more closely for safety. My intention with this review is to highlight the excellent customer service, while also sharing areas that could improve to make this already great place even better for families. If management is open to it, I would also be happy to offer professional commercial cleaning services through NV Janitorial LLC, a company specialized in cleaning facilities used by children and families. We would love to help maintain the cleanliness standards that this wonderful space deserves. Thank you for creating a place that truly works for families like mine.

We just held my daughter’s 7th birthday here and, honestly, will definitely try to book a private party next year! Staff were incredibly nice, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the event. We came early and check in was smooth and quick. Set up was a hassle because I had sooo many things but our host was all over it and helped us set up tables and grabbed us supplies whenever we needed something. We felt very welcomed and all of our guests gave us great feedback as well. Plenty of table space for food, dessert, decor, and presents! They had two supply carts that made bringing our items in easy, including our cooler! Also, we were able to stay the remainder of the time they were open after the party ended and I was able to join the other moms while our kids played. All in all, we thank Kangamoo for making our little’s girl’s day special!

I have been a huge fan of this place since my oldest boy was 4. Now he is 13, I visited here with his two younger siblings. This is still a great place for kids to have fun and a family friendly place. The staff is friendly and does a great job of keeping the play area clean and the bathrooms clean. They also sell diapers for the little ones and all three bathrooms have changing tables. I will definitely be coming back here every time I am in Las Vegas.

This place is awesome. However: it is so dirty and falling apart. I’ve been coming here a long time and have yet to see anything fixed and instead more and more falls into disrepair. It seems like no one ever wipes the play areas down so be sure to replace your socks and clean you hands when you get home. If this continues I can’t continue coming here, especially with things falling apart more and more

This is my first time & I'm very disappointed due to the condition of the play areas. For starters, there are 3 bathrooms, none of which have toilet seat covers or step stools for little ones to sit on the big toilet or reach up to the sink and wash their hands. The floor, covered in foam mats, is highly outdated and filthy. It is also unsafe due to most of the foam pad falling apart, almost rendering it an unsafe playground, as sharp corners are exposed to little ones. Ownership, please review the pictures. I also ask that you do a walk-through of the playground and identify what needs to be fixed or replaced, as many of us would like to continue bringing our little ones.
