Been working out here for a year. The staff is always so helpful and lovely. The sauna helps my eczema and integrating this into my workout has been amazing!

This studio is THE BEST!!! From the owners, the staff, the cleanliness, 24/7 access. It is amazing. I hadn’t found a gym that I aligned with, but this right here is a GEM! I can’t stop talking abt what it’s done for me and what it can do for others.

I LOVE Hotworx. I signed up at the location in centennial on West Tropical Parkway in Las Vegas, NV. The woman who signed us up was so nice. My wife and my sister signed up with me, and we got discounts for joining together as well as a small discount on the mat and towel. I've been to the centennial location, the location on Jones, and the location in Boca Park. They've all been clean and well maintained. There's an area for free weights and videos called the fx workout. These aren't heated, and you can follow along on your phone or with the video that plays on a TV in the area by the weights. There's also the heated rooms. They have bikes, a row machine, and in some locations, the blast bikes where you bike and also work your arms. These are called the hiit workouts and are 12ish minutes. They say 15, but they're a little shorter to give you time to clean up and also go to another room if you're doing another workout. Then the other rooms have the iso workouts. The workouts in all the rooms are over video, and I love the people chosen to lead the sessions. My fave is the guy who does the stretch and warrior videos. I love that you set the temp and so at your own pace. The only issue I have is that there are a lot of times when only the hiit classes are available but when I go in there's no one in any of the other rooms. I'm always wondering why I couldn't do the workout in one of them. There have also been a few times when the volume was broken, and it was hard to hear them. Harder fpr me as someone hard of hearing. But overall, the experience has been great. I'm already on level 5, and that means I've burned over 23,000 calories since I joined about 36 days ago. I love working out here and going on my schedule. If you're looking for a gym and you love the heat, check this place out.

This hotworx location is TERRIBLE. the worst place i’ve ever encountered and if you want to become a new member of this place I suggest running away. I booked a free session here last Saturday and when I showed up there was no staff. They ignored me and never let me in the studio. I stood outside for about 20 minutes. I called 7 times and finally the owner picked up and was very apologetic. The “manager” reached out to me to reschedule and I decided to give it a second chance so I went back the following tuesday and they did the same exact thing to me again. I texted the “manager” when I got there because once again there was no staff in the entire facility which is weird to begin with. She said she would call someone to let me in.. 30 minutes went by and nothing. I waited outside looking like an idiot again. She never responded to me after that and I had to get the owner involved again who later let me know that this lady was pretending to be the manager of the studio. SO unprofessional and unorganized. Staff pretending to be managers and having a business with no staff everyday??. Definitely not a safe environment to be in. They wasted so much of my time and money. I still cant believe any of this happened and I can’t believe they treat their guests like this, especially new members who are trying to see if this is a good fit for them or not. Just don’t waste your time coming here.
