Hotworx has really great workouts! The infrared saunas heat up quickly and the virtual workouts are really well paced. The memberships are definitely reasonable for a 24/7 gym. Rachel was great at the front desk and answered any questions we had!

I joined HOTWORX about one month ago. I am 65 years old with several injuries and surgeries, so the concept of stretching and exercising in the heat, along with the infrared, was very appealing. I have been able to go 3 to 4 times per week and absolutely love it. The results I have achieved in such a short period of time motivate me to continue. The Hot Stretch class has really helped me improve my flexibility, which is currently not very flexible, but I certainly can see an improvement already. I also really like the Hot Blast, Hot Thunder, Hot Yoga and Hot Core. The classes are easy to follow and I love the positive reinforcement the instructors give, constantly reminding to go at your own pace, but also to get everything you can out of each class. The staff are awesome as well. Josie, Sarah and Tiara are all very kind, patient and friendly. If you are looking for self-paced variety of classes, and enjoy exercising in the warmth of a sauna, I highly recommend HOTWORX. As they say, you will Earn the Burn.

I have been with them since Dec. 2025 and I love it. The saunas, bathrooms, and gym are always clean. I really enjoy the variety of classes they off, too.

I was scheduled for a complimentary orientation at 2:15 p.m. and was told to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. Unfortunately, the office was locked, and there was no place to wait inside. I stood outside in the full Las Vegas heat, calling the office several times and knocking, but no one answered. After waiting about 10 minutes, I finally left. I later received a call from Bella apologizing, but there wasn’t any real effort to make it right or reschedule. I had left work early, came prepared, and was genuinely looking forward to the session, especially since I was considering a membership. I was really disappointed — not just because of the heat, but because it showed a lack of professionalism and care for new clients. Hopefully the management takes this feedback seriously, because I was ready to commit and this experience completely changed my mind.
