Don’t know where to start in your fitness level? Is your local EōS/LVAC intimidating because it’s always packed to the brim with people? Or tired of people sitting at the gym equipment working out their thumbs? Then come checkout this Hardcore Fitness. HF is a good gym, it’s a different challenging workout every single day, five different stations of weight training plus cardio. Similar to F45 but your workout area isn’t the size of a yoga mat, you’re not rubbing elbows with your neighbor, and the trainer actually comes by to correct form, motivate, and show ways to increase challenge. HF also has a “fight camp” which is a heart pounding 30 minute workout of punching bags and cardio. Similar to Rumble but HF has heavier weights available, more class times, and you don’t have to sign up for another gym just for weight training portion. This HF has three different trainers, Dulce, Eric, and Daniel, each with their own expertise. Eric (IG: healthywitheric) is lean & strong, sometimes you’ll catch him doing front levers. Daniel has a collegiate wrestling background. And definitely talk to Dulce if you need help with injuries. The gym has 100lb dumbbells if that’s your thing, you can show up early/stay after, or even do multiple classes.

I’ve been going to Hardcore Fitness for about a month and a half and it’s the best weight training workout I have been to. I love that it’s a class format so the workout is already created for you. Everyday are different body parts and exercises are barely repeated, so you’re always learning different ways to work the body. The coaches are great, I mostly have had classes with Daniel and Eric, they are both exceptional in their own way. Dolce is great too, she just doesn’t seem to fit in my schedule. If you are interested in weight training I highly recommend Hardcore Fitness. Even if you are a beginner, all the exercises can be modified to your level and the coaches are great at helping you with that.

Love, love this gym. We're like family. Been a loyal member since 2020. It is truly transformational. No other gym has transformed my body like Hardcore Fitness.

I absolutely love this place. The classes are great and the people are friendly. I usually get shy in the gym but here I can jump in and be focused on my workout. I love that the instructors walk around and make sure our form is good. I also had an issue where I had to stop going and the management was so caring and helpful. As long as I’m in Vegas I’ll be going here 🩷

The Trainers are awesome and encourage you throughout your workout. I like how they're always providing alternative movements if I can't replicate a certain workout. Coach Michael has the best music & will always remind you to breath during workouts, which I need lol Coach Eric reminds you to eat protein after your workout and to always work on your metabolism. Coach Angelo prioritized stretching before workouts, which prevented my back pain during workouts. Coach Bryce always takes away the 8 pound dumbbells I grab and replaces them with 15 pounds because he knows I'm being lazy and selling myself short. Coach Dulce is a great trainer and she will make sure my form is perfect. Simple reminders but it means a lot for someone like me who isn't a pro and hasn't worked out in years. They all bring something to the table.
