I love this gym! The staff is always so pleasant (especially Oscar) and the personal trainers, especially Denise, are so helpful even if you are not their client. With a plethora of machines and amenities you will always have something new to try for any muscle groups. The pool and hot tub are rarely closed and always super clean!!! You won’t regret good workouts for low prices!!

Would love to see this place be kept better, every time I’ve come to this location weights are not racked, dumbbells and kettle bells are left sprawled over the green areas, yoga mats are left by squat racks. Each cable machine will have 2-3 accessories next to it. This week I noticed the top of the assisted pull-up machine was covered in dust and what looked like dandruff (ew) I understand this is mostly an issue with guests not having proper gym etiquette but surely the staff can help change this.

There is always long waits for machines. They do not monitor people on the floor, just sitting on machines using their phones and not actually exercising. They don’t pay attention to people, breaking the law and taking pictures inside the locker rooms, even though it is clearly stated on every single mirror to not take pictures in the locker room rooms. They just aren’t real good about protecting the clients. They have in house and more focused on just bringing more people in the door, which will make the problems worse for the people already paying for memberships.

From the day I joined the EOS gym on Craig/Rancho, they have been over billing me. I have spent HOURS and HOURS explaining the over billing, showing them credit card statements and bank statements. They have over billed me by well over $1,000 and now I am going to have to get Better Business Bureau and an attorney involved. The facility itself is great and my personal trainer, Marc, is the BEST, which is the only reason I have given them so much grace on my over billing issue.

Apparently, legally disabled individuals are NOT welcome here. They do not post signage about "motorcycle only" parking, but it is directly next to the disabled. Even though they do not provide adequate enough disabled parking, they still have a towing company come through and tow vehicles. Vehicles visiting from another state. Wow, great job and you will be re-posted 👏👏👏
