This gym is truly the best one I’ve ever been to. The staff members are consistently friendly and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns you might have. They create a welcoming and supportive environment that makes working out a pleasure. Additionally, the bathrooms are always impeccably clean, which is a testament to the high standards maintained here. It’s also great to see that everyone takes responsibility for cleaning up after themselves, contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility. EOS Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and packed with high-quality equipment. No matter what time I come in, there’s plenty of space to get a solid workout in. Gym and staff are just fine. Billing company is not worth it. My debit card was stolen and it was locked when the billing attempted. They charged me a service fee higher than my monthly membership because the charge didn't go through. I don't have the new card yet so they're calling me several times a day harassing me. No caller ID when they call, robo recorded calls and then no one responds if the call is answered. No contact information on the emails either. Absolute trash of a practice. Not sure if ABC Fitness is the owning or billing entity but I'm looking into other gyms without contracts so this won't happen again because of ABC Fitness. It's a shame. I like the gym and the staff. But I'm not giving any information to robo calls, can't reply to the emails, and don't physically have the replacement card yet to go in. Three robo calls in a day? No.

I'm not a member of this gym, but I was truly considering it. My wife and I discussed signing up (specifically because we want to workout and drop our kids in their "daycare" area for a couple hours) and they seem more affordable than LVAC. I called last night, and they transfered me to their membership department. They went straight to asking me "would you like to sign up?" I mentioned that I definitely might be, but I need to know the prices. She said they don't have the prices and that I would need to come in. Absolutely not. I'm not wasting my time (their time also, honestly) and my gas, to come down there and find out that it's out of our budget. I understand this is part of their sales tactic, and that it doesn't fall on the person that I spoke to, but the chances of me signing up went from 50/50 depending on price, to 0...
