Ember & Frost Lagree Pilates

The cutest Pilates studio in Vegas!! From the moment you walk in, the space feels calm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. I was greeted by Jessie who was warm and welcoming. Dylan was my instructor for mat pilates and she was amazing! The class was challenging in the best way and she gave great cues. I love the intimate setting of the studio, you can tell this studio was made and ran with intention. Jessie gave us a tour of the wellness room with sauna, cold plunge, and lymphatic massage machine, which is a great addition to your wellness routine and so convenient to do right after class! Even though I don’t live in the area I will definitely be coming back to try out everything else they have to offer!

New beautiful studio on the North side of town. This place isn't close to me but it's worth the drive! Semi-private classes, aesthetically pretty and offers so much. They offer different pilates, yoga and lagree classes. They have a wellness room as well and it is all available with all membership types. All the instructors/staff are so friendly. I took my first lagree class ever and even though I was slightly intimidated after over researching tik tok, I'm in love! Ryley, our instructor, was approachable and so helpful. I can't wait to keep coming back. I can't wait for more future locations!

Went to my first lagree class today and I absolutely loved it. It is a beautiful facility with relaxing vibes. The work out was great and really felt a good burn in a 25 min class. Margaret was very good at instructing the work outs and making sure we were getting a nice burn. The front desk person was very warm and friendly as well.

North Las Vegas finally has a win with this super cute workout studio. If you don’t like crowds while working out, this is the place for you. It’s semi private, only 4 people for the lagree class which is awesome and 6 for yoga and Pilates. The wellness room is probably my favorite tho. The lymphatic roller… LOVE! You also have an infra red sauna and cold plunge all to yourself. The cherry on top is that the prices are better than other lagree studios I’ve looked into. 10/10 recommend!

My first ever Lagree class in my life and I’m hooked! I love how small the class is, our instructor really gets to work with you closely. Francis was great and his humors is a real Ice breaker for the class. Can’t wait to explore the rest of the classes and the wellness options as well.
