DICK'S Sporting Goods

This is moreover the Dicks I got to the most. I live in Vegas but on the road a lot. I go to many across the country. I had got a few things from here over the years: workout headbands , Aces Jerseys, Team USA Soccer Jersey, Vegas Golden Knights Jersey, and Vegas 25 Champ Shirt . The had C. Gray in today doing a meet and greet . The store has an upstairs and down stairs, and plenty of brands, active wear to choose from. Great Store.

I went recently to purchase some new running shoes and got some really good recommendations and excellent service from Aaron. He helped me pick out my new favorite running shoes, the Nike vomero plus and gave me some great knowledge on the shoes themselves. Even while checking out the cashier Jada made me feel confident with my purchase and provided amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back to get a new pair of running shoes and gear from this location due to my experience.

I have never experienced a more kind staff than I did at dicks. They went above and beyond to help me get shoes somebody had said they had on hold for me. Once there they couldn’t find them, and the staff said they would even go to another store to try and find them for me! I don’t remember the managers name, but the shoe guys name who helped me was named David! I’m so grateful for the kindness and help they offered! I never leave reviews, but these two kind humans needed a shoutout! Thank you Dicks at the fashion mall in Las Vegas!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The store was clean and being restocked - this has been the best experience I have had at this location. Kudos to the Team!

This is the first time I will give stars to this store. I like this store a lot and I always go here to shop! But today the woman, heavy set, short hair with Grey hair, the one in the register (near by the outside door or main door where the parking lot ), she's taking toooooo long to ring up the guys order! All she has to do is to ring up the tags and let them pay! She's acting like there is no other people that needs to pay!!!!! Earlier I told her the tags was ringing and she looks pissed off and then I asked her if she saw a small girl ( the nice girl that helping me, the black girl ). And she said there is a lot of small girl here 🤦‍♀️ Then she pointed her her arm skin and trying to ask me if it was the black girl and I nod my head and she rolled her eyes! And I said, the SMALL NICE GIRL! I feel like she's being racist!!! I did not get her name but who ever she is, you should have a better attitude next time! You have a really bad customer service!!!!!!!!!! 😒
