If you’re thinking about it, just do it! I can’t recommend Kiera and her Pilates enough. I originally started looking for Pilates to help rehab my sprained ankle and strengthen my nonexistent core. I found her on Google and have now been with her for over a year. She helped me strengthen my ankle, and the pain I had for over three years is completely gone! It took a little time to build my foundation before moving on to more complex exercises, but I noticed small victories in everyday life that kept me motivated. My posture completely transformed—no more rounded shoulders or neck hump. I’ve gotten so much stronger and have seen real, positive changes in my physique. I can’t thank you enough, Kiera!!!

Okay let’s get into it. Kiera is an absolutely amazing Pilates instructor and human being. I haven’t even been training with her for a year and the results I’m seeing are amazing! However for her it’s not about the numbers on the scale (and I know this bc my scale hasn’t budged really) it’s about being mindful of what you’re putting in your body, being happy, and feeling good. She knows how to push you to do your best but also understands that you’re not going to be at your best everyday and it’s okay to do a lot of stretching in one session instead. If you are fortunate enough to start a session with her do it!

Kiera is an amazing Pilates and Weights trainer that I have been working with for over 3 years. She has helped transform my body! When I first started with her my posture was hunched, head forward and I had no strength in the muscles between my shoulder blades that would help correct my posture. I couldn’t find any connections in my body and she taught me how to find the muscles needed to do the exercises correctly. Pilates is not easy to learn as I have discovered. But being taught by someone as knowledgeable as Keira has made it fun and successful. Having a private instructor enables them to correct your form while you are doing the exercise which is something that group classes just doesn’t offer. I did take group classes while on vacation and almost killed myself by doing an exercise incorrectly. I had been using other trainers for years all of which had been training me wrong so I was getting injured all the time. She started from the beginning and re-taught me the right way to exercise. Being in my 60’s and coming to Pilates and weights training later in life, made me realize that the benefit of a private lessons. Kiera’s knowledge of contemporary Pilates, weight training and nutrition makes her a complete package!

When it comes to our health most of us do everything we can to keep our bodies in tip top shape. Pilates is one of the best forms of exercise for everyone. It's low impact workouts that are geared for the needs of the individual. Searching for the right pilates instructor is similar to searching for the right doctor. When you find it, you feel like you've struck gold! Well this is exactly how I felt a year ago when I found Kiera. I have back & neck issues and when my search initially started almost 3 years ago I was very apprehensive. I am in my 60's and I knew I was putting my body in the hands of someone I had never dealt with. And my apprehension was totally justified. The 1st instructor I went to was only interested in talking about herself and the 2nd one was all about money. Neither one watched me carefully as to how well or poorly I did the workouts. I almost decided to give up but sitting around the house wasn't going to help me either. My 3rd search happily helped me find Kiera. She took the time to calm my fears and answer my questions. They say 3 times is the charm and this was certainly the case. She is a true professional as well as being warm, caring, knowlegable and a excellent health coach as well as pilates instructor! I can definitely feel a huge difference since my instruction with her started a year ago. Not only do I feel stronger, but my self confidence is so much better! She takes the time and patience to make sure execution is correct. I never feel forced or pushed into doing something I may feel I can't do. But I am always pleasantly surprised by the things I can confidently do! And her studio is just lovely! It is warm, inviting and private. I truly look forward to working with her each week. I never thought I would ever say that I was looking forward to taking an exercise class! If you are thinking about trying pilates give her a call. I promise you won't be sorry you did.

Kiera is the *perfect* instructor for me. I'm a long-time yoga practitioner, and now that I'm in my mid 40s, I am looking for new ways to stay strong, flexible, and active. Kiera really understands how to adjust workouts for where I am physically, energetically, and hormonally on any given day, and I really appreciate that. She's super knowledgeable, conscientious, and she pays attention to every detail, so I know I won't end up getting injured under her guidance. In fact, my body feels healed and energized after working with her for the past year. I really trust her and can't recommend her highly enough!
