I've been to several EOS and LVAC. This gym is by far my favorite. There are pros and cons to every gym, but the pros far outweigh at this Crunch. Staff has been awesome! Everyone should understand that the gym is new, and most of the staff is young. We're not given patience, but rather opportunities to practice patience. This is the first gym that I've seen staff putting in effort to keep weights picked up and organized. Special shout out to Coach Rod! He's amazing, encouraging, and positive. We'll be getting sessions from him for a long time coming. Alright, let's address some of the lower star reviews. - no equipment cleaning supplies ---This is completely false, just look harder. -no toilet seat covers ---This is a new facility. Maybe they're coming later. Bring some wipes and take care of it. -Angry or dismissive staff ---My smiles and good mornings have ALWAYS been met with the same energy. Maybe it's more of a mirror then an uncontrollable factor. -Learning curve ---Most of them are learning a new system, new policy, new crew. Take a breath, and calm down. We're all here to become a better version of ourselves, and they're helping the best way that they know. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, the facility, the equipment, and energy. Keep up the great work Crunch.

I'm not gone lie, this gym was very nice and worth WAY more than the monthly membership. I am super against the yearly mandatory $50/60 maintenance fee... But that's becoming more standard for all gyms here in the valley. Let's talk about the gym though: 1: for a limited time only you can get the best tier access for $30/mo. This includes EVERYTHING this gym has to offer (A LOT) and you get to bring a friend for free EVERY time you come! 2: What does this gym have to offer you might ask! Free weights (Brand New mind you), machines (also brand new), large cardio space, TRX machines, turf for different workouts and abs, bunch of classes (instructor led). So pretty much every piece of equipment that you would need in a gym. Even some I've never seen before. They also have punching bags for the fighter inside you. 3: if new equipment isn't enough, the staff was all super friendly, I didn't experience any BROS acting crazy, I went at 3pm and it was dang near empty and peaceful. 4: if that doesn't sell you... There's red light therapy individual Saunas INCLUDED.(I PAY $125/MO at a spa in Henderson for this alone), they have cryotherapy beds, and massage chairs INCLUDED!! They also have typical Saunas in each locker room as well. Great use of space and the unlimited use of extra features that normally cost extra or 4x the price is UNPARALLELED!! I'll add pictures when I go back tomorrow! I'm blown away by this deal!!!

This is one of the best gyms in the Las Vegas Valley. It has brand new, state-of-the-art equipment, and tons of space. But what really makes this gym great is the staff. This morning, I walked outside and found a huge rainstorm. Wanting to get to my car quickly, I ran through the rain, and didn't notice my flip flops fall out of my gym bag. When I got to work, I noticed they were gone and went back to get them. As soon as I walked in the front door, one of the staff members (Taryn), called me by my first name (which in and of itself is great customer service) and said, "I bet you're here for your sandals!" She then explained that she saw them in the parking lot, ran into the rain to get them, and wiped them down for me so they wouldn't get ruined. She had them waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived and I couldn't be more impressed. Five stars for the great equipment and phenomenal staff!

This gym has just opened. It’s 24/7 and mostly I actually adore this gym. But for some reason they actually shut down the bathrooms and locker rooms and the male who cleans them is honestly so rude and aggressive. You can’t miss him. Glasses. Grey hair. I’ll update once I get a photo and name. He’ll shout telling you to get the hell out of the locker room and that’s it closed. You’re cleaning a locker room. You don’t need to force EVERYONE out of the space. Many are able to do it by placing a sign to just warn that a member of the opposite sex is in there. Every gym both private and commercial are capable of cleaning their locker room spaces whether your male or female and it not be a problem. But for some reason this guy is so weird about it. If I cannot utilize one of the most basic spaces at the gym I pay for then I don’t see the point in keeping a membership nor recommending it to others. Plus I’m an atmosphere person if I don’t feel welcome at a fitness club I pay for then I don’t recommend them. Will update my reviews as always in a month or so and see if anything actually changes. **Update: I was going to wait a few more weeks to see if things improved but I have to update. I came in for a training session with a personal trainer. I arrived told the woman at the front desk. And never got my session. I don’t typically do sessions at a commercial gym. Mainly for this reason along with the fact that trainers at these gyms tend to not take it seriously. Again just always being honest and transparent. If it actually gets better and changes I’ll update my review. But for now I would say 1/5 stars.
