After 10 years of not training I finally made my way back!! It’s the best decision I ever Made! @55 and feeling strong! The staff is kind and helps you achieve your goals. Pushing you to your limits but knowing when to modify your workout for you. You will love the atmosphere and camaraderie of this CrossFit gym. If you are debating, unmotivated or just need a push ask about the 6 week challenge you won’t regret this! Make time for yourself! You have nothing to lose and so much to gain!!

The ONLY gym I have ever felt comfortable enough to stick with. Love the atmosphere and the different workouts every time I go. I moved across town and now drive from Summerlin to Henderson (that says a lot from this girl who does not love to exercise and never liked gyms in the past) I have been a member since they opened and I wouldn't go any place else.

CrossFit VVV hits different. Every time I walk in, my mood just lifts. First day I came through, I asked “what’s a Hyrox?”; the workout itself said, “you gonna learn today.” 😂Safe to say, I learned real quick. Great vibes, amazing people; the music is giving Tik Tok, rockstar band crowd surfing, that’s my only ick. But my greatest advice is don’t think twice about walking in💯

Well, I would like to give my honest perspective about this gym. I want to clarify that I am NOT a member, but I will explain my reasons as to why I am giving this review. I came a few times to observe and I have some friends that are members. I will start out by saying that the people here are pretty nice. I did observe that there is a friendly environment. I noticed that the instructors are friendly and supportive and they do a good job helping members. Now for the observation of the downside. This gym is in a very small space. Class sizes can vary but there are times there are between 20-30 people in one class. You still have to add for the instructor and plus there were other people working out in a smaller back room. There is not enough equipment and when classes are full, members are asked to double or triple up. If you are going to allow such large classes, then please offer more equipment. Not only is that a concern, but parking is very limited. This place can not accommodate the number of people for such large classes. Their large classes exceed the max person capacity that has been designated to this building for safety reasons/ fire code. I do not believe there were proper fire detectors and sprinklers in the workout area. The next thing I noticed was during the hot summer months. The small area that everyone is working out in, has no air conditioning. They do have swamp coolers and fans but it makes working out miserable. It’s difficult to breath and move in such a hot and humid environment. For the amount I was told a membership costs, I would think they could offer more comfort for members during the excessive heat. My friends that go here absolutely would not want anything bad to be said about the gym and I honestly don't want to come across that I'm "bad mouthing" them, but these are some of the things I have observed and heard members talk about. I believe they could be so much better if they worked on addressing some of these issues rather than trying to get more members. Like I said in the beginning, these are things I have seen for myself. I’m sure they have their own perspective on what they see.
