My husband and I have known Natalie and Luke for about four years, but we recently made it official and joined the Psyched family. I’ve been doing CrossFit for six years and have been part of three different gyms, and this one is hands down the best. The community, the coaches, and the programming are unmatched. What sets Psyched apart most is Natalie and Luke’s heart for their members. You’re not treated like a number or a dollar sign, you’re treated like family. We truly feel blessed to be part of CrossFit Psyched.

I feel like I have been spoiled here at Psyched! I started CrossFit about a year ago at Psyched and it is one of the best things I have done for myself! I started with little to virtually no athletic experience at all, and I feel like I have come so far with the help of the coaches at this gym. The coaches are phenomenal and so knowledgeable. They take the time to observe, motivate, teach, critique, improve, inspire, etc. to ensure that you are safe, efficient and living up to your full potential! The community is absolutely amazing. I have made some meaningful friendships at this gym and that is also why I keep returning. If I could give this gym 19 stars, I would!

I started here over a year ago, and from day one the coaches were welcoming and incredibly supportive. Since I had never done CrossFit before, they took the time to help me learn the movements properly and build confidence. I also love the variety of classes, which keeps things fresh and challenging. This gym has truly changed my life. Through the nutrition challenges, I’ve completely transformed the way I fuel my body and have lost 30 pounds. I’ve built real strength, feel like a total badass, and I’m now getting ready to compete in my first competition! On top of all that, the community here is amazing. I’ve made great gym friends and always feel supported and motivated. I genuinely love this gym and can’t recommend it enough!

I have been at this gym for almost a year now and my only wish is I started sooner. The coaches are incredible, the community is basically family and the benefits from doing CrossFit have increased my quality of life tremendously. I'm forever grateful I found this gym. Im stoked to be part of this community for many years to come. I highly recommend this gym. Join today and thank me tomorrow!

Not a fun gym at all, it is very regimented. They take roll call before each class. Then it’s straight to going over the workout, warm up and then doing the workout, no socializing or getting to know anyone.Other gyms you are able to talk with other members, talk with coaches etc. not here, it’s all business and no play or fun (unlike what their Instagram page says that they have fun). They have a strict check in policy, tell you to check into class the day before. You have to do their programming/workouts as well. If it’s a small Class and you do your own thing, they will check you out of that class. There is only one day where open gym is available, and that’s every other Sunday for an hour or two. The coaches don’t get to know their members. I was there for over 6 months before the owner/main coach Luke knew what exactly I did. He actually found out from hearing others say what I did. Allen one of the coaches is not pleasant at all. He is immature and will dictate what equipment you have to use. The owners (Luke) wife made it to the adaptive CrossFit Games. She is a great person and a pleasure to be around. Luke promoted and sold shirts to raise funds for her to be able to compete at the adaptive CrossFit Games. The games were held locally! I don’t know what they needed funds for, due to it being a local competition. The only good thing I can say about this gym is coach Jeremy. He does the kettle bell class on Thursdays. It’s a fun class and always a good workout.
