reviewsWhat Members Say

Members appreciate the convenient location near the Strip and the fun, family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of activities. Many find the rooms comfortable and quiet, and praise the friendly staff and efficient check-in process. However, significant concerns include inconsistent housekeeping, misleading website information about amenities and operating hours, and frustrating navigation within the large hotel complex. Several guests mention disappointment with closed facilities like pools and rides, and feel the room amenities are inadequate without refrigerators or microwaves.

Great place to stay, comfy beds. Door that actually closes on bathroom. Elevator won't let people even get to the rooms unless they have a room key, this was not the case at Sahara. Ice cream place was great, tons of fun activities downstairs. Definitely looking forward to coming back to try the theme park inside! This was a double queen room btw

We love Circus Circus. It is convenient to the Strip and most parts of Vegas without being in the middle of it. The atmosphere is fun and the parking is plentiful. The only thing I think the rooms lack are the fact that they have neither refrigerators or microwaves, but aside from that the rooms are comfortable and well-laid out. The Midway is fun and the staff are all very nice. We enjoy going and using the old slot machines with coins, which we can only do at this casino. Smoking a cigar while being on one of those slots is one my most relaxing pastimes.

So circus circus sits at the top of the strip. So it's either a lot of walking or you're going to have to drive somewhere and park to get to any of the other places because the strip is pretty long. There was some either water damage or construction damage because there was a lot of cracks in the ceiling and look like water spots. We didn't get our room cleaned. It's like they completely decided to skip us. So I had to call to get towels. The bathtub could use a good deep cleaning. There is no fans in the bathroom so if somebody smells it up it is going to sit there and smell the whole room. You have to pay extra for a refrigerator which I think is ridiculous. There should automatically be a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine in there. Will keep in mind for the next time but we'll probably be looking for a better place to stay. I was impressed with the level of noise. It was very quiet and I'm very much appreciated that.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. Let me start by saying the check in process was simple and efficient. The staff was helpful and friendly. The adventure began for me when I tried to find my room. I was told to take the elevator to the second floor then cross over to another set of elevators that would take me to my room. When I get to the second set of elevators there is a bunch of people trying to get on the elevators. Two of the elevators didn't work and the elevators were labeled on top to show which elevator to take to get to your floor. Needless to say I was lost for thirty plus minutes trying to find my room. I had take out to eat in my room and it was ice cold by the time I found my room. The experience was awful because I was tried and hungry and just wanted to relax. If you are up for an adventure for a quest to find your room this is the hotel for you. The hotel is great for kids because there is plenty of things to do. I think Circus Circus wanted the adults to have some fun by creating an adventure of finding your room if you can. The room overall was nice and clean. Would I stay again probably not only because of the wasted time trying to find my room. And to be honest I only stayed here because I was looking for a hotel that had a fair rate for one night.

This place is an absolute dive. Highly do not recommend! We booked for 6 nights, had to "request" housekeeping to come take care of our room finally on day 3. They didnt even fill our coffee/water. The website is loaded with false advertisement. As a parent who brought my kids looks forward to the pool, it was closed, as the webaite mentioned it was open. Then the website states there are FREE daily circus acts. They happen only on weekends. Which was totally disappointing. The website showed what our rooms should have looked like, and they actually look absolutely nothing like what the website showed. I took my kids to the theme park for 3 hours and ALMOST all of the rides for kids was closed. All in all, im thoroughly disappointed with this hotel and will absolutely never stay here again!
