I am super loyal to the Wynn spa but I decided to try Canyon Ranch and I’m really glad I did! My experience at Canyon ranch was fantastic! The value for the price is amazing. Thr spa pricing was so affordable. Beyond that my pedicure was absolutely phenomenal and best of all they even let me take my nail polish home with me as a treat so that if anything should chip or there’s any issues, I could fix my pedicure myself! The spot of entities were fantastic. I had multiple cups of complimentary tea as well as some snacks, and I was entertained for hours. As far as the spa amenities, they are far apart and there is quite a lot of walking involved so there’s not as much relaxation as maybe other spas. However, the price point is unbeatable and the fact that you get access all day to all of the spa amenities is amazing!

I had a wonderful experience at this spa from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and beautifully relaxing the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. The service itself was exceptional — thoughtful, skilled, and clearly done by someone who takes pride in their work. Every detail was handled with care, and I left feeling completely refreshed and well taken care of. You can truly tell when a spa values both quality and customer experience, and this place absolutely does. If you’re looking for a spa that delivers excellent service, a peaceful environment, and a genuinely relaxing experience, I would highly recommend this one. I’ll definitely be returning.

My husband and I did the couples retreat. Our services and therapists were AMAZING!!! They were attentive and made it an amazing first massage for my husband. Now the general staff for the most part were super helpful however it seemed when we came in we had the C team helping us out. When we came in to the spa and went to the locker rooms my husband didn't get very great directions to the co-ed areas and they are very strict about your phones so finding him was a struggle. Facility was super clean and had lots of amenities. I would definitely go back now that we know where everything is. If your going for a couples something they have steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, cold plunge, and a couple co-ed areas. Also don't forget to get a players card before you go for 10% off your service. We also had lunch at the little cafe right there and it was also great. Overall highly recommend just be ready to have to do a little hunting on your own for some things.

Very disappointed with the rude staff and the quality of the massages. We booked pedicures which were phenomenal from the two ladies (10/10) for them. However they did run into our massage appointment. The staff at Canyon ranch spa portion greeted us with rude attitudes because of the tardiness. We had to walk a quarter mile down cold industrial hallways to an unwelcoming lobby were we were not greeted by anyone, the girl at the desk was annoyed I had to interrupt her after of few minutes of standing there in front of her waiting for acknowledgement. The staff in the mens room was brief in instruction but sufficient, however my wife was rudely treated in the women's room, setting the tone for the rest of our massage, we were going to just leave then, however I talked her into staying. I asked for a deep tissue massage, which was fine until the therapist twisted my wrist and has sprained it. I am still in pain on my hand on the right side. My wife said her massage was basic, more like petting as if massage person did not know what they were doing. They were also laughing during the massage which was distracting and not relaxing. We did enjoy the aftercare amenities in the couple area. The signature red flip flops were not provided, the robe did not fit, felt like a lack of details for the price point and all the hype of the Canyon Ranch. I would not recommend to anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

My experience at Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness inside The Venetian (Las Vegas) was disappointing for the price point. The staff was genuinely kind and accommodating on the phone, and both therapists were polite, professional with draping, and explained everything clearly. We visited on two separate days. The first day we booked the 100-minute Couples Retreat ($779 + tax with an automatic 20% gratuity). The couples ritual room is cozy and the exfoliation + scalp portion was enjoyable, but the pacing felt off. A good amount of time is spent showering and soaking. The bigger issue was that they drained the large tub during the massage portion, and the drain noise was extremely loud and lasted roughly 15 - 25 minutes. It disrupted the relaxation so much that it felt like we were nearly half way thru the massage before it finally stopped. Before our treatment, I also noticed the co-ed jacuzzi area was not clean (little balls of hair/fuzz were floating in the water), so we didn’t feel comfortable using the amenities afterward. The steam and salt rooms were pleasant, and the locker room was tidy with helpful attendants. Refreshments were very limited (tea and cucumber water only), and the spa restaurant closed early, so we couldn’t grab food on-site after services. The second day was a 100-minute couples massage ($798 + tax with the same automatic 20% gratuity). My therapist asked what areas to focus on (neck/shoulders), but I didn’t notice extra attention there. Overall, the massages felt less skilled than other spas I’ve been to that cost the same or less. I wouldn’t return at these luxury prices unless the cleanliness and overall experience were much better.
