I came to Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi at a time when I was struggling with deep emotional distress and chronic pain. I had tried so many things without finding relief, and honestly, I joked about trying Tai Chi as a “last resort.” I didn’t know what to expect when I walked through the doors, but I was met with an incredibly welcoming and kind-hearted community. After only a few sessions, I began to feel hope again and believe that healing was possible. The gentle movements and mindfulness of Tai Chi have helped me in ways I didn’t think possible. I recently had shoulder surgery, and my recovery has been smoother because of the flexibility, strength, and balance I’ve been building here. The atmosphere is uplifting, and I’ve met so many beautiful people who understand what it’s like to be on a healing journey. Master Chunil and Master Dahari are patient, compassionate, and inspiring teachers whose dedication and kindness are truly a blessing. After years of abusing my body as an executive traveling 3 weeks every month, I found myself recovering from knee and heart surgery. Being a former college football player, I knew I needed to improve my health. After much research, I "found" Masters Chunil and Dahari at the Montecito NW Vegas location. Since joining, I believe it is one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health and peace of mind. I really look forward to each class taught expertly by Chnil and Dahari. They are outstanding coaches who truly care about each member. They represent the Body and Brain organization extremely well. I also really enjoy my private one-on-one sessions with Master Chunil. I can say with total confidence that my investment is paying off beyond my expectations.

After driving by Body & Brain many times I made the decision to schedule a private intro session. At this session Master Dahari explained the principles of the center’s teachings. She helped me to understand I needed to take better care of myself and not feel guilty about it. I shared that I was feeling stressed, drained and that my body felt weak but was ready to do the work. It’s been 4 months since joining and I’m feeling much stronger mentally and physically. Master Chunil and Dahari are excellent teachers who teach a variety of classes(Tai Chi, Yoga, Kigong)focusing on all aspects of your well being. My fellow students are also kind and supportive. Very happy with my choice to take this journey with Body & Brain.

Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi has been a game-changer for me. I originally joined to help with my sugar levels, but I ended up finding so much more. This practice combines rhythmic stretching with breathing and energy work that has made me more flexible and peaceful than I’ve ever been. There’s a beautiful sense of self-love in the different movements here. One of my favorite parts is the Ji Gam meditation; feeling my own energy helps me connect to my true self, and I leave the studio feeling deeply grateful every time. I’m so thankful for the masters at the studio, too—they don’t just teach poses; they guide us with so much heart and care, making sure we understand the healing behind every posture and muscle stretching. I love this place. The instructors at Body & Brain Yoga & Tai Chi are patient, kind, caring, and knowledgeable, and the space always feels welcoming. The classes blend movement, breath work, and mindful practice in a way that feels both accessible and genuinely healing. The community here is warm and supportive, welcoming to all ages and body types. It’s also a great place to meet kind people and make friends, which can be hard to do in Las Vegas. Highly recommended!
