⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yo, gotta give a massive shoutout to my guy Drew. This dude is an absolute legend. Straight up one of the most solid, genuine, and hard-working people I’ve ever dealt with. He didn’t just try to make a sale — he actually went out of his way to help me out big time and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly. That kind of effort is rare these days especially when it comes to cleaning since he’s always up and around making sure everything is maintained and clean for us to use. Drew made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and honestly just fun. You can tell he actually cares and takes pride in what he does. They NEED to give this man a raise — no question about it. If you get the chance to work with Drew, do it. You’ll walk away hyped up like I did. Certified good dude right here.

Brenner is a great dude. Answered all of my questions candidly and made the process as simple as possible, which I deeply appreciate. He was very welcoming without being overbearing or aggressive. The gym has all the stuff I would want/plan to use EXCEPT for a Plate-loaded, chest supported row machine. Pleeeeeease add this beautiful machine to your repertoire here (:

I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness for quite a while. I have been exercising for most of my life. It is important to understand these facts as you read this review. I've worked out in gym in a lot of different places and this location allows me to check all of tge important boxes. Being a fancy gym is not my requirement. That is a good thing too, because this is not a fancy gym. It also is not a super basic gym. Was it better when you could get gym towels? Absolutely. Can it get super crowded during peak times? Totally. But if you need to get in and put it down, you can accomplish this goal. They have lots of classes here, but I stopped taking them a while ago. They an appear to be very cliquey at best and at their worst territorial sport which is a little cray-cray. Their trainers are mostly pleasant, but a few come across a little uppity and unfriendly. Then again, maybe Im sensitive. Will has always been spectacular and he seems to always have tons of clients. If you're in the market for a trainer, give him some consideration. The front desk people can be a tab bit disinterested but it can be forgiven early in the morning. Other amenities include a sauna, swimming pool, basketball courts as well as racquetball. There is variety if you need it. The locker room can be hit or miss at times. Some of the guys really blow it up in the mornings. I've never been that comfortable to drop bombs like they do. It would be great if they saved that for their home toilets, but this is a member issue. My membership fees are quite low and probably help to explain my satisfaction with this location. In short, if you want a gym that doesn’t try to be something it’s not and just gives you access to everything you actually need, 24 Hour Fitness – Summerlin is that place. It may not be perfect, but it gets the job done — and that in itself is a win.

Overall: (3/5) Clean locker facilities and a well-maintained pool, but limited pool hours and non-functioning amenities hold this location back from its full potential. Being the only 24 Hour Fitness location in Las Vegas, I don’t have much to compare it to locally—only to clubs I’ve visited in the East Bay area. Locker Rooms (4/5): The men’s locker room was generally clean. The shower stalls were in good condition, though I did notice one that was out of service. Swimming Pool (3/5): The pool itself was excellent—four 25-yard lanes with crystal-clear water, exactly as it should be. HOWEVER, the hours were limited due to staffing issues. By law, a lifeguard must be on duty whenever the pool is in use, so it was only open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, with additional evening swim hours from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The restricted hours make it hard to access for anyone with a typical schedule. Other Amenities: The Jacuzzi and steam room were not operational during my visit, though the sauna was available. Staff: (5/5) Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been going to 24 hour for awhile and like the equipment set up, the staff is nice, and it’s not too crowded. I’m very sensitive to mold and dust and unfortunately had to cancel because the air quality is very poor here. The air is thick and humid and I have a hard time breathing. There is a thick layer of black dust that coats all the ceiling and fans. There is lots of dust in the corners and around the equipment. The women’s locker room sometimes has a sewer smell. I couldn’t make it work for my health even though I liked the gym. They really need to do a deep clean and remediation. I don’t think they would pass an ERMI test nor have they really dusted since they opened several decades ago.
